Return and Refund Policy

For US Returns:

You may return any product sold by Hound & Co within 90 days of the date of delivery for a refund (shipping fees are non-refundable).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must be sealed, unopened and returned within the 90 day window indicated above. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and all items should be returned in their original product packaging.

Any unauthorized return received by Hound & Co. will be returned at your sole expense and no refund will be processed. If an RMA number is issued by us, and we fail to receive your return within thirty days of RMA Number issuance, we reserve the right to cancel the RMA upon written notice to you and retain any monies received by you for said return.

You may cancel an RMA prior to shipment of the return upon written notice to us. Upon receipt of your notice, we will cancel the associated RMA number. If we receive the return within thirty (30) days of issuance of the RMA number, we will process the return and you will receive a refund in the form of a credit to your method of payment on the original order within thirty (30) days from the completion of the return process.

Any package returned as REFUSED (meaning you do not open the package and do not pay the shipping fees to send it back to us) will be charged a refusal fee of 10% of the order amount which will be deducted from the customer's refund.

Additionally, packages returned as "undeliverable" may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. If a package is returned as "undeliverable" and the customer no longer wishes to receive the package, a $9.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from any refund if the address error was the customer’s error. If the return was a result of our error, Hound & Co will pay the cost of return shipping plus refund the original cost of shipping.

Receiving a Refund

After we receive and process your return, we will refund the price of your product or products.
This time period includes:

  • 5 to 7 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
  • 12 to 14 business days for Warehouse (us) to process your return
  • The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines)

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
